The Osun State branch of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has congratulated His Excellency, Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR, the Governor of Anambra State and the National Leader of APGA, on his remarkable achievement of being recognized as the Best Governor of the Year in Infrastructure and Rural Development by Champion Newspaper.
