APGA Osun Sends Stern Warning to PDP, APC Regarding Osun Citizens' Security

APGA OSUN SENDS STERN WARNING TO PDP AND APC REGARDING OSUN CITIZENS' SECURITY

The Osun State Chapter of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) has issued a stern warning to both the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressive Congress (APC) concerning the security and well-being of the citizens of Osun State.

In a press statement released today, Wole Adedoyin, the Chairman of APGA in Osun State, expressed deep concern over the apparent disregard for the safety and security of Osun citizens by both major political parties. Adedoyin emphasized that the lives and properties of the people should not be treated as pawns in political games.

Adedoyin further stated that recent events and trends in the state have raised serious alarms about the potential threats to security, and it is imperative for all political parties to prioritize the safety of the citizens above all else.

The APGA chairman urged both the PDP and the APC to desist from any actions or utterances that could incite violence or endanger the lives of Osun residents. He emphasized the need for political leaders to lead by example and promote peace and harmony in the state.

APGA reiterated its commitment to ensuring the security and welfare of the people of Osun State. The party called on all stakeholders, including the government, security agencies, civil society organizations, and the general public, to collaborate in safeguarding the lives and properties of citizens.

Adedoyin urged the PDP and APC to prioritize dialogue and constructive engagement in addressing any political differences or disputes rather than resorting to actions that could jeopardize the security of the state.

The APGA leadership emphasized that every citizen has the right to feel safe and secure in their homes and communities, and it is the responsibility of the government and political parties to uphold this fundamental right.

The statement ended with a strong warning to both the PDP and the APC that APGA would not hesitate to take appropriate actions to ensure that the security and well-being of Osun citizens are not compromised for political gain.
